Everyone is wonderful to deal with--From the smallest item to the most costly-The jewelry dept. has terrific prices,and the sales ladies and Chad the jeweler are professional are friendly--

I recently took my diamond ring of 40 years to chad cody to have progs fixed. He even reset it for me plus progs and it look just like the day we purchased it. I will be doing more business wtih him and have recommended him to someone I know. He is very nice and suggests information about what you might need to do with your jewery.

I just wanted to say that Dick's Pawn is a very very good pawn shop. It is always clean, the staff is always helpful, and the jewelry center is FULL of good quality, reasonably priced items, gems, diamonds, earrings & necklaces :o) Kirsten is always helpful, and full of smiles EVERY time I see her...My husband & I come everytime we come to the beach & we just wanted to say THANK YOU for a good experience everytime we come! My first experience in a pawn shop ever. I didn't know what to expect. I had so much fun with Heather! I just wanted to say what a pleasant experience I had today shopping for jewelry. Sarah was very pleasant and helpful, not condescending like a lot of the folks who work in jewelry stores at the mall. I found what I was looking for, a diamond necklace I had seen online. It was even more beutiful in person, and only about a fifth of what I would have paid at a retail jeweler. Dick has helped me out in the past too, when I was going through hard times. But now things are a lot better, and I will be buying all of my jewelry at Dick's Pawn! Dick, you're the man!!

I like to collect gemstones and have been using Chad as my jeweler for a couple of years. He had made me some beautiful pieces. My husband Jack and I have been coming down for years and shopping at Dicks, and we just love it and the people. They are always making changes and they are great!! We went into the 544 store on wednesday for our usual and Heather was working and she was just wonderful. We saw her again on our trip to the 501 location, she reconized us and was very welcoming. She took alot of time to help us and knew what she was talking about. We were very pleased with our experience being that we didnt think it could get any better but did. Great customer service!!!

Dear Dick, I have had to come here with my head lowered because I needed money. I left with my head a little higher because of the way I was treated, for that I thank your staff, Steven in particular. In the past few weeks I bought my first Blu-Ray here from Steven, the day I took it home I had to leave for Atlanta when I returned the first Blu-Ray I tried did not work. When I brought it back Steven did above and beyond customer service to fix the problem. Thank you. Now I just have to do my part and come up with 32 dollars...lol

Heather (in jewelry) was an absolute lifesaver! Hubby & I were down from Yadkinville NC on vacation when we wre robbed & my wedding rings were two of th items taken. My Fianc'ee and I worked with Heather at this store and the NMB store. She was amazing in helping us with our selection. Originally looking for a back-up engagement ring, we ended up walking out with a Men's Diamond dress ring to go with the canary diamond engagement ring. My wife and I have been frequenting all three of Dick's shops for the past ten years. We've never been disappointed in any of the products we've purchased. The displays are that which you would find in any fine jewelry store. However, the friendly, and helpful service rendered by the entire staff is so positive that it could be used as the benchmark for other companies to follow. They bring a lot of class with their offerings.

When I leave here I know I got as fair deal as possible. unlike some other brokers. These guys conduct themselfs professionaly. as far as buying they are fair and honor your stores warranty.
